I deliver balanced fitness, strength, flexibility and endurance. You will also learn how to use your time between personal training sessions to get leaner and stronger-faster.
My name is Mark Hilliard of Finish Line Fitness and I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Athletics Coach with the National Training Centre in conjunction with the University of Chester. I am qualified at EQF Level 4, the highest qualification for Fitness Instructors in Ireland. I have also completed further training in aerobics and am currently undergoing coaching training with Athletics Ireland. I have also completed 23 Marathons.
